The first week is charged at checkout. Your subscription then renews every week until you cancel. One subscription covers one bike.
When you stop your search
The account cancellation control stops searching and alerts immediately and requests cancellation of the subscription. Your account shows whether cancellation is confirmed or still pending. Your bike record and photos remain available. Payments already made are not automatically refunded. You can also contact Retrace by email.

Find helpWhere does Retrace search?
Retrace searches Facebook Marketplace and Buycycle in the supported countries, plus Leboncoin and Troc-Vélo in France. More local marketplaces are being integrated and will be available soon.
Can I start without a photo?
The search needs at least one clear photo of your bike to compare it with listing photographs. Look through your camera roll, cloud storage or messages. The help guides remain available without a photo.
How long does the search last?
The search subscription is billed weekly and renews automatically until cancelled. You can stop the search from its subscription page. Searching and alerts stop immediately, and the page shows whether subscription cancellation is confirmed or still pending.
Does a possible match mean you found my bike?
No. It means a listing is worth checking. Compare the details and your ownership information carefully. A similar listing is not proof that the bike is yours.
Can Retrace guarantee recovery?
No. Retrace searches available listings and helps you review leads. It does not provide GPS tracking, investigate sellers or retrieve bikes.
How do I cancel?
Open your search’s subscription page and choose to cancel the subscription and stop the search, or contact Retrace by email. Using the account control stops searching and alerts immediately. Your account shows when subscription cancellation is confirmed. Your bike record and photos remain available; payments already made are not automatically refunded.
